Experts / Trusted Members lists don't match - Not clear that they should, but...

  1. Folks, thanks so much for this site. TMU is a fantastic resource!
  2. But I did get a little lost as I posted a question under Talk to the Experts and got a response from someone who doesn’t show up in the indented list of Experts. Turns out they are a Trusted Member, with great reviews, and had a lot of product knowledge once I spoke with them, but it took me a good long while navigating through the site to reconcile (a) a post in TTTE, (b) a response from someone not showing as an Expert, and (c) the Trusted Members list, where the responder is a TM. It would help if those lists / menus are synchronized.

Sorry for the confusion. I know you initally directed your question to @Expert-MattToGo (beducation). Unfortunately, while still a Trusted Member and will always be an expert, they are enable to accept questions at the current time.

I moved you from beducation to the general TTTE category so one of our other experts could offer their wisdom and expertise to your inquiry. We are working to create a link that directly lists all the Trusted Member Experts as our current link to that list can take a bit more effort to discover.
