Ghostbed - has anyone had a positive return experience?

I am considering purchasing a ghost bed mattress. I would buy through Costco but they don’t sell the twin XL which is what I need. I am having reservations after searching online and seeing several reddit threads and even a CBC news article talking about how the return policy is not honored. I do see on this forum the administrators have helped resolve some issues for people running into trouble navigating returns in the past.

Obviously there will be a preponderance of upset people taking the time to post their experience, which may not represent the majority of people’s experience. So I’m just looking for some input here, has anyone tried Ghostbed and decided to return it, and not had any trouble with that process?

While some people have experienced unusual situations that initially upset them, we don’t directly intervene with @GhostBed or any other Trusted Member when it comes to customer issues. There have been a few instances where we’ve just notified GhostBed about a concern raised in the forum, and they’ve responded quickly.

Hopefully, others who have had firsthand experiences with @GhostBedcom will share their thoughts and provide insight into their interactions.
