I’m just curious if anyone has ever purchased a Comfort Option mattress and would like to share your experience with them. I discovered them through reading several Reddit posts and they seem to have fairly good reviews; though there are few in comparison to most of the bigger known brands out there.
Their concept is interesting where you can basically rebuild a mattress if it doesn’t satisfy you–they’ll send you an extra layer or two to add to the one you ordered to help customize the mattress to fit your needs during the trial period.
It’d be greatly appreciated if anyone can share any insight they may have!
I hadn’t heard of Comfort Option before so I did some investigating. What a cool company! They have great transparency about their mattress components and based on what I saw, they fall well within our durability recommendations.
If others see this thread and have experience with this company, I do hope they chime in.

After 6 or 7 months of terrible sleep experiences, and not knowing what to try next, I finally found my mattress!
They offer great customer support and will work with you to make it right when needed.
