I bought a new mattress and I just got it 15 minutes ago. When I lie on it, I feel the sides are slightly lower than the center. When I lie on the right I feel my body is in a bit of a diagonal position leaning towards the right and when I lie on the left of the mattress I feel my body is slightly diagonal towards the left (like in the image I attached). Is this common and normal? Thanks!

Was it delivered in a vacuum pack? Or was it delivered “whole?”
What kind of mattress is it, and what kind of base do you have?

Hey,
It was delivered whole. It is on one side visco and the other side latex, without springs. In the mean time I put it on the floor. I’m not sure if it is better to have a flat base or a slatted base
