Is there an issue with APM website?

I placed an order for a mattress case 6/21/24. I have not yet received a confirmation email to verify the order was placed. Also it has not yet showed on my credit card. I do not have an order # to reference because when I attempted to print screen, after the transaction was completed, it cut off everything on the right side. It does however show the transaction was placed & I have that if you need it. I’m asking because many things I attempted to click on when viewing sizes & prices of various components needed to be constantly re-entered and pages refreshed because they did not change the price when a size was changed. Please advise. Thank you.

There must have been an issue with the credit card billing. When the order processes you immediately get an email with the order number. Just call us and we can take the order on the phone. 888-773-7326
