Hi all, Looking to decide on a new mattress. I’m roughly 5’9” and weigh 230. I’m primarily a side sleeper, have frequent shoulder/neck pain and I have very broad shoulders. I’ve narrowed my search to the following three options: SleepEZ Hybrid, Latex Mattress Factory Hybrid, or Sleep on Latex Medium. We seem to like hybrid mattresses in the store, but I need something that feels soft for my partner, but also provides the shoulder/neck support for me. Any recommendations of those three?

Hi Nickk and welcome to the forums! Also, thanks for the inquiry! If you’ve settled on a Hybrid but you’re on the fence between the Sleep EZ and Latex Mattress Factory Hybrid, my advice is to get the LMF Hybrid because it’s less expensive and it has Talalay for the top layer, which should be especially helpful for you with your broad shoulders and frequent shoulder pain, since Talalay is much better at pressure relief than Dunlop is.
