Mattress / pillow protectors - bed/pillow making me sick?

Hi,

Desperate for help! I just tried an experiment and believe mattress or pillow may well be making me really sick.

Does anyone know of protectors I can try to rule it out?

Have you considered sleeping on another mattress with another pillow or on a couch with another pillow?
