Memory Foam Comfort (MFC) latex: Unison vs Presto mattress

Hello!

Trying to decide between the Unison and Presto mattress from memory foam comfort (MFC) here in Canada. Both are dunlop latex. We are back and side sleepers 150lbs and 110lbs respectively.

Unison: Features a 6" latex core with either 1 or 2x 2" toppers

Presto: fully customizable for soft/medium/firm, we would be looking at firm which is below:

5x 2 inch layers

The presto is appealing as it’s full adjustable but my concern is that since it’s all 2" layers sandwiched together, would the durability/longevity be reduced compared to the Unison? Is there a possibility the layers shifting? I asked mfc why they went away from a 4 inch core on the presto and was told it was for customization. To me the 4 inch core would provide better durability but what do I know!

I was able to visit a local store that had a similar set up to the unison which felt great. So thinking we should go with the unison? But concerns that after several months of sleep the latex will change shape (as is expected from my reading)

Lastly, are there any in ikea bed frames suitable for latex mattress? Prefer with a headboard.

thanks!
Edit: ive been corresponding with mfc who has been very helpful but would like to hear from others as well.
