First post here, so I may not have the guidelines or format right. Apologies if that’s the case. I couldn’t find any special place to convey great experiences with a trusted partner, so here it goes here. Before I get into that, I have followed the Mattress Underground for over 10 years, whenever I need to polish up on my knowledge on mattresses, or check who is in the trusted partner list. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to you at Mattress Underground. Back ten years ago Phoenix got me started and I was so grateful for that help in a sea of bewildering options, and horrible dealers. I spent probably two years researching and bought a bed (higher end coil spring) at that time, which is now getting close to needing replacement, but not quite. Cue the return to your site, and this time looking into mattress toppers to see if I can extend the life for a couple years. I found MFC, they’re local to me, which is great. I ended up buying a latex topper, and a short while later a wool mattress cover. They are both fantastic, well made, and I love them. I have not had a latex mattress or topper previously, so I wanted to try that first to see how it felt, before committing to a whole new mattress. I had a wonderful experience with MFC and Marco. I will for sure be looking them up in a year or so when I need to address a new mattress.
