Ordered a soft latex topper from their website. I received no confirmation or email. There is no phone number on their website to contact them so I emailed them at the contact address that they Gave on the site. After two emails I still have not heard back from them and I still don’t know if they got my order or if they’ll even ship it? I looked online and did find a phone number from BBB And called that message and left a message and have not received anything back. Does anybody know of any other way to contact this company and is this truly a legitimate company?

Naturally Nestled is a division of A Lava and Son and because they currently sell only toppers, their purchasing processes are well-streamlined online and any order should be accompanied by a confirmation (unless the order did not go through somehow). Our experience with them is that they are very responsive to emails. Did you try support@naturallynestled.com and also this phone number [(773) 254-2800](tel:(773) 254-2800)?
FIY I’ve called their VP’s direct number and found that he is away for a few weeks, but I have reached Emelda at A Lava & Son and she’ll take care of tracking what’s going on with your order as soon as she gets in tomorrow morning.
Until I hear back from them here are, a few things you can do. I’d check first if your CC was charged and if yes then I’d call the above ph number and leave a message with their CS team (select 1 for CS, 4 for shipping, 2 sales) I’d mention that it is a NN purchase provide the order number, customer name, phone number, email, and product name (leave a message if nobody answers).
Also please PM me with the order confirmation number and any relevant details. (order number, customer name, phone number, email, and product name) they’ll call me sometime tomorrow and I can also give them the details but I am a little slower than usual as the things for TMU in the background are eating up most of my time.

They did finally email me…Yareli, from customer support.
They were having technical issues and their confirmation emails did not go through. They have my order and will be working on sending it out. They were also able to give me my order number #22957. I really wish they would put their contact phone number on their website. It always seems sketchy when there is no customer support to call!
I’ll let you know when I finally get my order. Again, thanks so much for reaching out to them on my behalf. I don’t know how to private email you with the order information! You have my email so if you send me an email that I can reply to or tell me how to PM I can send the info!!

I bought the Roma mattress from sleep EZ which I love but it was a bit too firm. So I bought the dunlop soft topper from Naturally Nestled. I have to say its a match made in heaven! My mattress is now perfect! The Naturally Nestled topper came after a few hiccups and its well made, no smell, its in its own zip cotton cover and fit my king bed perfectly. For anyone out there looking for a reasonably priced mattress in latex I highly recommend Sleep EZ and Naturally Nestled. Its my second mattress from Sleep EZ.
