Newbie thats impatient

I’m sorry for my ignorance. I’ve only skimmed most of the introductory posts.

I am 5’6 165 and have mild scoliosis and have back pain, most of my beds have been cheap random hybrids. I am a front and back sleeper and have a preference for a softer mattress.Mainly looking to spend around 1400 max but preferably 1100 under, Thanks in advance for any expert help with my vagueness.

If you’ve not tried using a body pillow, find an inexpensive one and try it for a couple of weeks. That helped enormously with my back pain that quickly. They align the spine a lot better by supporting the upper leg when sleeping on your side. There’s a variety of types available. I just use the 5 foot long ones filled with memory foam chunks as they are relatively inexpensive.

If that doesn’t help, look for a firmer mattress than the one you have. The box springs or platform the mattress sits on should be really firm too. If it’s not, replace it as well as your mattress.

A Back Science Essentials would fit perfectly in your budget, but as John/ BillyIdol mentioned, we do have more plush versions like the Back Science 3 series that both support your back and offer a softer feel. However, that would be out of your budget range, so in your case, I would ask that you contact us ahead of time and we can pre-customize a softer version that can meet your budget and still get you back support that Back Science is known for, while meeting the needs of the firmness that has worked for you. You can feel free to reach us by calling our 800 667-1969 number or email us directly at support@backscience.com. Don’t forget to mention that you are a Mattress Underground member to get that extra 10% off with the TMU10 discount code.
Thanks!
