True……but that can be said of any mattress.
People often try a mattress in store that that feels great. Then they order it and it feels different than the one in store. Usually feels way too firm.

Yes! That is correct! Happens more often that one would think, and mattresses that are sourced from different parts of the globe for the same mattress layer material exacerbate that problem, even on never used, brand new mattresses.
