Recommendation for 190lb side sleeper with hip pain and 165lb side/back sleeper with back pain

We are looking to replace our king mattress which is no longer working for either of us with 2 twin xl mattresses which will go on our adjustable bed bases. I am a 6’ 190lb exclusively side sleeper. I suffer from occasional shoulder pain but regular hip pain due to osteoarthritis and bone spurs. She is 5’6" 165lb and sleeps about 60/40 back and side. She suffers from back pain. What recommendations would you have? We are debating 100% foam vs hybrid. Would there be an advantage to either in our situations?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Speaking as a 175 lbs side sleeper you really cannot beat the comfort and performance of a full Talalay latex mattress. They easily bend with your adjustable base and reduce the pressure points in the hips and shoulders. Based on your info I would go with Medium for your base core and a 3" Soft for the comfort layer - Twin or TwinXL Adjustable Ultra Plush Latex Sleep System (Blended), #1 Selling Latex Mattress- Adjustable Ultra Plush, Latex Mattresses-Talalay and Dunlop, All Products The hybrids work well on adjustable bases but not as well as full latex plus the overall comfort is greater on full latex.
