Hi there,
Back in 2014 I did a deep dive into this site and selected the Tempurpedic Contour Rhapsody Breeze dupe, Select Foam Regalis. Almost nine years later, it is still the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on and it’s still going strong.
When I bought a camper last year, I thought I could power through the crappy mattress, but truly I am too spoiled by my SF mattress. I went online to buy one for the camper and much to my distress, they are defunct. So now my journey has begun anew and I am looking for guidance. Are there any companies similar to the quality of Select Foam? Are there mattresses similar to the build of Rhapsody Breeze?
Hi loweye.
Welcome back to the mattress forum!
Sorry to hear the mattress/Select Foam is no longer available. That is truly the worst when it happens.
I’d love to know more about the mattress. Do you have a plush/medium/firm model?
I took a look at the Rhapsody Breeze and, true to Tempurpedic, they don’t give many details as to the specifications. Is the Regalis all foam? Two different kinds of foams?
I would say, as a rule, we suggest steering clear of looking for an exact match to an existing mattress as, generally speaking, changing a single component in the mattress can change the overall feel and make approximation extremely difficult if not impossible in some cases.
We recommend focusing on the comfort/support you get from the mattress you ultimately buy - however, we’re definitely happy to help you get as close to that Regalis feel as possible

Hi Nikki!
Thank you for replying. After reading your reply I dug a little deeper. Apparently this is a 10" mattress with a medium firm build. I like it because it is firm, but it has a bit of give to my pressure points. It does have a cooling layer which is great. I am fairly certain this did not have a latex core. So I believe I will be looking for a medium firm foam mattress with a cooling layer and a high quality foam core?
Hi loweye.
Thanks for the info. The two mattresses that sort of pop into my head reading the specs of your current mattress are the Nest Bedding Love & Sleep mattress and the Ghostbed Luxe (or Classic).
Do either of these seem kind of on the right track?

Wow! Yes the nest and the ghost both seem very similar! I’ve actually fallen down a rabbit hole of latex cores now, so this also something I’m considering. Lots to look at and consider. Thank you!
