Looking for where what mattress to get for a 6’0 ~250lbs side sleeper, max is less than 1000.
Hey erfly7,
Welcome to the MattressUnderGround.
Thank you for your question. The first mattress in a queen that comes to mine is the @DLX Classic.
This mattress incorporates 1.8lb HD foam. At 250lbs, we would like to recommend 2.0lb foam and perhaps slightly more, but when you look at the overall construction it is poised to accommodate a sleeper in your body profile category.
The next couple I might recommend would be @Arizona_Premium Ultimate Hybrid latex.
@Latex_Mattress_Fact1 Luxerion Hybrid
Of course there are many other options out there, but as a direct response to your question this should give you a head start. Also, you may want to consider collaborating with some of our Trusted Member manufacturers that offer DIY mattress options. They will help you select the right combination of mattress construction that will be engineered to meet your standards and body profile preferences. They will gladly do this at no additional charge while keeping you within your budget. @Arizona_Premium and @Latex_Mattress_Fact1 are a couple that offer this.
Certainly keeping it under $1000 is a tight budget, but it is possible with the right approach.
Good luck on your search and rest assured it can be done.
