Does anyone have any experience or thoughts on the subject mattress? We like the comfort and support of this one as much as our other more expensive best options to date.
Thanks!

Hi JDM,
They aren’t listed on the Mattress Firm site and the only house brand they list is the Hampton & Rhodes (which is made by World Sleep Products as far as I know) but either way a mattress is only as good as the quality of its construction and the materials inside it. these are the types of stores that I would normally recommend avoiding as you can see in the mattress shopping guidelines here.
You would especially need to know the type, thickness, and density of the foam layers in the upper layers of the mattress which is normally the weak link of a mattress to be able to make any meaningful assessments or comparisons in terms of the quality “value” and useful life of a mattress and it’s not likely you will be able to find this out at Mattress Firm.

Thanks Phoenix. I’m going to stop by a store today to get a copy of the make up of it. Talked to a person last night and they said they would do that. Your concern is mine as well. A co-worker of my gf recommended this one as they recently bought one after a lot of research. Otherwise I would not have been in this store.
This line of bed is made at the Symbol plant in Watertown, WI and the franchise owner of all the Mattress Firm stores in WI selected this model to sell in their stores only.
I’ll pass along the construction facts once I get them.

Hi JDM,
Thanks for the info
That would be great. Hopefully they will include the thickness of each layer, the density of any memory foam or polyfoam, and the type and blend of any latex rather than just generic descriptions (such as HD, supersoft, soy based etc) which have little meaning in terms of the quality of the material.
