That anyone has knowledgeable about the posh and lavish “ restore” mattress. I am looking which IDL talalay / Dunlop they used and what the wool material was used. Anything similar I could puzzle together?

Posh and Lavish does not offer much information regarding the construction specifications of their mattresses.
You may want to check with Magic Sleeper They have a reputation for recreating and mimicking popular mattresses. Perhaps they have created one of the P&L and can either make one for you or provide the components for a DIY.
