Hello, I am visiting Tuscon next month. The only mattress I can sleep on is an x-firm Talaly mattress due to back injury. Visiting my Mother in law. Neither she nor I can set up the bed or even drag it in if we get it delivered from one of the online dealers. There are quite a few latex places in Phoenix/Tempe- but unfortunately they deliver through fed ex and do not offer service to set up/bring inside. I’m desperate. If anyone has any ideas or recommendations of how to get it locally delivered and set up I would really appreciate that. Thanks!!!

Some people use Load Up, a set up and mattress removal company.
My friend’s store uses them.
I never fully inquired on how they work, but you can call load up or yawnder.com and maybe the can put you in touch with the delivery service in your area.
I am not certain, but maybe one of our Arizona area Trusted Members @Arizona_Premium or @Sleep_EZ who have show rooms in Arizona may offer white glove via their brick and mortar. If not check with these folks to see if they can pick up and deliver for you.
We deliver to Tucson with our own people on the weekends only. Cost is $175 which includes delivery, setup and removal.

I’m so sorry but we don’t offer white glove service outside of Phoenix anymore, sorry about that!

I know of our customers recently had success using Loadup for white glove delivery, so I think they’re a good choice. If you end up using them as a delivery service, please mention in the comments section at checkout that you want us to email you our white glove delivery instructions and we can send that to you so you can give it to them.

Thank you for the suggestion of Load. I went in there site/ but it looks like they charge separately for each task- one charge for delivery/ one charge mattress removal and one for set up. It’s quite pricey. But thanks for your response!

Well please keep in mind that we would ship it via FedEx and they’ll deliver to your front door. So you just need to arrange and pay for the setup.
