Unquilted covers that zip on the top?

I have a SoL cover that zips underneath which makes it a pain to change out layers. What are the go-to unquilted covers that zip on top for changing of layers?

It sounds like you have trouble with the mattress cover being zippered on the lower side panels. What makes it a “pain” to change out layers? I know that the cover is quilted (on both top and bottom panels and sides), but have you thought about unzipping the cover, taking all the layers out, and turning the cover with the top panel down, placing the layers back inside and zipping from the top? Or…is there a reason for wanting an unquilted cover?
