Would an aireweave topper help with back sleeping?

I’m thinking of getting an airweave topper to make my mattress a little firmer to make it better for back sleeping. My mattress is medium firmness and I have trouble back-sleeping on it, I know I’m still able to back-sleep because I was able to when I slept at my aunt’s recently. Has anyone here ever used an airweave topper and know if it’s useful for that purpose?

I tried the mattress in Los Angeles. It was phenomenal for back sleeping. I assume the topper would be similar. I think they have a return policy.

Hi JBR2022,

An airweave topper can indeed be helpful for making your mattress firmer, which might better support back sleeping. The unique design of airweave toppers, typically made of interwoven polyethylene resin fibers, provides firmness and support while still allowing for airflow, which can help in maintaining a cooler sleep surface.

I’m not one to jump on the bandwagon when it comes to gimmicky products, so I don’t always give serious consideration to every new material or product that hits the market. While this “air fiber” polyethylene material has been touted as beneficial for Olympic athletes’ sleeping surfaces and has been around for some time, the pricing doesn’t seem to match up with its availability and supply.

Before making a purchase, it’s essential to verify the return policy with the retailer you’re considering. Ensuring it aligns with your criteria will provide peace of mind in case the topper doesn’t meet your expectations.

Was it temperature neutral?

I know this was meant for John but the material and design is meant to allow for plenty of airflow. Despite it being essentially plastic, it doesnt retain heat do to the air flow.
The Aireweave 70 is almost 10k.

Well……its 90% air….so its probably very cool
