I am considering a flobed zoned bed, but am wondering about the placement of different zones; are they placed in the same positions even when one partner is over 6 feet tall and one is barely 5 feet tall?
Good afternoon Loricar,
For years we used to measure each sleeper, and make the zones accordingly, we learned the shoulder to lumbar ratio to be pretty close from sleeper to sleeper, and came up with the spacing for our vZone after years of gathering data. We have found that sleepers 5’ to 6’5" tall the standard setup works great. We have a built in spacer that is 2.5" Velcro’d at the head of the bed, for the occasional sleeper under 5ft tall, and or a sleeper who needs small shift in the zoning specs, you can take it from the head, and Velcro it at the foot to shift all the zones 2.5" toward the head of the bed.
If after receiving the vZone mattress, if you need any different firmnesses, or the zones are not hitting you right, we will accommodate both the firmness adjustments and zoning point adjustments at no additional cost. Basically, you get the vZone, and listen to your body. If you listen to your body, and we listen to you, we do a pretty good job of getting you the perfect sleeping surface for each sleepers bodies needs.
Thank you,
Dewey
