Leesa warranty claims?

I apologize in advance if this gets routed to the wrong place, I don’t seem to have access to Ask An Expert area and the selection dialog for where to post my question won’t let me select the general questions forum.

I have a Leesa that I bought back in 2017 or so and it has become totally unbearable. It sags in the middle which causes me back pain if I roll into it from the sides overnight. Reading this is apparently very common with the original Aveena foam version I have.

I was wondering if anyone has any experience dealing with them for warranty service? I don’t have the money to drop on a new mattress right now and the Layla mattress topper I got does help but not when I roll into the middle.

I am about 6’, 165 pounds and I find I am not even sinking into the top of the mattress at my shoulders now, just my midsection is sinking, and it’s crazy uncomfortable.

If they are going to be a hassle to deal with though or I am going to have to figure out how to ship it back to them at my expense, I would probably be easier to just write the cost off (it’s a twin and I paid like $450 or $500 for it IIRC) and buy a new mattress in the fall (no idea what I would go with - I was looking at Idle and Sleep On Latex but I would need to do a lot more investigation so I guess I am in the right place).
